Sign up in 2 easy steps:

1. Fill out form below to secure your spot at Camp Couture.
2. Send in $50 deposit for  the Summer Camp Couture via PayPal (vonbromssen@mac.com) or by check.

This non-refundable deposit.

Please include students name on check memo and week of attendance, and send to:

Tuition is on the 1st day of camp.

*For classes offered, the deposit is $25 to reserve your class space.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

Cancellation Policy:

24 hour notice or no refund on class.
One the student has started camp , there are absolute no refunds.
Switching dates will require you to re-register.If switching camp dates, you will need to pay and additional $25 change fee. This fee is to keep class size balanced throughout the summer.

Injuries:

Parents, legal guardians of minors, and students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on or around property resulting from any activity conducted by the students before, during, or after class time. While there is risk of injury while using some of the equipment, there will be constant monitoring of the students and we will go over safety procedures in each class.

Photo Release:

Camp Couture and its instructors are hereby granted permission to take photographs of the students to use in brocheures, web sites, posters, and other promotional materials the program creates.
